Objective

The Online Visa Application and Administration Management System is a secure, role-based web application developed using Flask that digitizes the visa application process. The platform supports two user roles: Applicant and Admin.

Applicants can register, log in securely, submit visa applications, upload required documents (passport and photo), and track application status in real time. Passwords are encrypted using bcrypt, ensuring strong authentication and data protection.

Admins have access to a comprehensive dashboard that provides application statistics (approved, pending, rejected), allows them to review submitted applications, verify applicant details, and update visa statuses. The system uses MySQL for robust data storage and supports secure file uploads with proper validation.

This solution is ideal for immigration departments, travel agencies, and visa consultancy firms, offering an efficient, transparent, and paperless workflow.
