Objective

This project is a full-stack AI-based job portal developed using Flask, MySQL, and Machine Learning. It connects job seekers and employers through an intelligent recruitment system. Job seekers can create profiles, upload resumes, manage skills, search and apply for jobs, save listings, and track applications and interviews. Employers can post jobs, manage applications, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and analyze recruitment metrics through dashboards.

The platform integrates machine learning techniques (TF-IDF and cosine similarity) to recommend jobs to candidates based on their skills and job descriptions. It also includes secure authentication, role-based access, resume management, analytics, and real-time application tracking, making it a complete and scalable recruitment solution.
